PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spinning former by which forming cycle is shortened and which is compact and of low cost, without deteriorating its processing accuracy. SOLUTION: Both forming rollers 2 and cutters 4 are rotationally driven by one rotation axis 18. Linear slides 11 and 20 support the forming rollers 2 and the cutters 4 separately so that the forming rollers 2 and cutters 4 are free to leave or approach the rotation shaft 18. Only the linear slide 11 relating to the forming rollers 2 is driven by drive means (a draw bar 9 and a linkage 12) which displace the linear slide 11 against the rotation shaft 18. The displacement of the linear slide 11 is transferred to the linear slide 20 relating the cutters 4 by means of a secondary linkage 21. When the forming rollers 2 and the cutters 4 rotate, centrifugal force acting upon each of the forming rollers 2 and cutters 4 acts upon each other as force setting off each other's centrifugal force.
