PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust-proof apparatus having a simple structure, capable of covering an entire object to be demolished through a simple operation, thus avoiding an accident such as collapse or the like. SOLUTION: The dust-proof apparatus for covering a building to be demolished so as to prevent dust or the like generated from scattering around during a demolishing operation, comprises a hollow membrane body having a lower hollow portion capable of being filled with a liquid and an upper hollow portion capable of being filled with air, thereby making it possible to use the membrane body to surround the side surface of the building.
