摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drum type washing machine that is equipped with a drum support which the strength of the drum can be increased and made excellent in resistance against load to withstand a high-speed rotation. SOLUTION: A drum support 14 for reinforcement is provided to the back side of a cylindrical drum 5. The drum support 14 is installed and fixed to a surface where an end surface and the side surfaces that composes the drum 5 are crossed with each other at approximately right angle.
