PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a profit of a game parlor by securely increasing the visitor attraction rate and the operation rate by utilizing a lottery service, and to provide a more effective lottery service by determining the effectiveness of the lottery service. SOLUTION: A hall computer 30 collects game information from each game machine stand 10, and the time to execute a lottery is determined based on the collected game information. When a request for participating in the lottery is received from a member terminal 50, the member terminal 50 and the game machine stand 10 (or a stand lamp 20) are the objects of the lottery. Then, if the game machine stand 10 is elected by the lottery, the stand lamp 20 mounted on the game machine stand 10 is lighted/controlled.
