PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make unevenness on two or three dimensional curved surface of urethane foam by using a conventional profile working machine and profiling without requiring special profiling and a new working device, etc. requiring large investment. SOLUTION: In this method for working the urethane foam, after arranging a shaping sheet for making two or three dimensional shape at either or both of the upper and lower sides of the urethane foam to be made into a laminated body, this laminated body is inserted between a pair of rolls to be compressed in the direction of thickness, and the laminated body 2 is divided with a knife blade provided between the rolls to make the evenness on the two or three dimensional curved surface.
