PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the labor and time of a pet owner and prevent pet food from deteriorating. SOLUTION: There are provided a container body 2 housing the pet food, a lid body 3 freely openably and closably closing the container body 2, a sensor 5 detecting the presence of a pet approaching the container body 2 and a lid operation mechanism 4 opening the lid body 3 based on the detection of the pet with the sensor 5.
