A memory device, system and method for allowing an early read operation after one or more write operations is provided according to an embodiment of the present invention. The memory device comprises an interface (150) for providing a first write address, a first write data, and a read address. A memory core is coupled to the interface (150) and includes a first memory section (205(1)) having a first data path (90(1)) and a first address path (190(1)) and a second memory (205(N)) section having a second data path (90(N)) and a second address path (190(N)). In an embodiment of the present invention, the first data (90(1)) and first address path is independent of the second data (90(N)) and second address path (190(N)).
