APPARATUS AND A METHOD FOR GENERATING AND RECEIVING TRAFFIC IN A BLOCK SPREADING CDMA MOBILE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM, CONCERNED WITH ENHANCING PERFORMANCE

PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for generating and receiving traffic in a block spreading CDMA mobile communication system are provided to generate and receive a traffic sequence, prevent an increase in complexity of a system, and enhance receive performance. CONSTITUTION: A latch(803) receives only a first inputted symbol and continuously outputs the symbol during a predetermined time. A delay circuit(804) delays symbols of a spread data stream without a protection interval(801) as inputted during a predetermined time. A buffer(802) stores the inputted spread data stream without the protection interval(801) and outputs each symbol during a predetermined time. Symbols outputted from a latch(803), the delay circuit(804) and the buffer(802) are inputted to a multiplexer(805). The multiplexer(805) controls output of each symbol based on a multiplex signal. When the spread data stream without the protection interval(801) is inputted, a controller(811) controls the buffer(802), the latch(803) and the delay circuit(804) to receive and store the inputted signal and at the same time to output the received data streams in a certain order.
