<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube joint structure capable of simplifying torque control of a nut in a joint, and preventing leakage due to temperature variations that occur when the temperature of liquid flowing in a tube is changed, and to provide a method for connecting the tube and the joint. <P>SOLUTION: One end of a metal pipe 2 is inserted in one end of a tube 1 made of a fluorinated carbon resin for passing a low temperature cooling medium, in which the inner surface is treated by a fluorinated carbon resin surface treatment agent, and is connected thereto with an adhesive. The other end of the pipe 2 is inserted in a metal joint body 4 to be fastened and fixed by a metal nut 5 through metal ferrules 6, 7 taper-fitted to the joint body 4, thereby connecting the pipe 1 to the joint body 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
