<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a fuel battery with a high dimensional precision. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method is characterised by being provided with a process in which a plate-formed conductive support molded body 43a with a plurality of through-holes 34 formed in an axis length direction is fabricated, and in which the conductive support molded body 43a is dried with a load applied in a thickness direction, a process in which a laminate molded body with at least an inner electrode molded body 43b and a solid electrolyte molded body 43c sequentially installed in one major face on one side of the conductive support molded body 43a is fabricated, and a process of baking the laminate molded body. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
