<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording material which can be obtained by applying a dispersion liquid excellent in conservation stability, in atomization and dispersion, and a recording sheet using the recording material. <P>SOLUTION: This recording material contains at least one kind of color-developing dye, at least one kind of compound which is expressed by formula (1), and at least one kind selected from among amorphous silica, aluminum hydroxide, titanium oxide, a polyvalent metal compound and a reducing agent. In formula (1), R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>each represents a hydrogen atom or a 1-6C alkyl group; a<SP>1</SP>represents an integer of 1-6; n<SP>1</SP>represents 0, 1 or 2; m<SP>1</SP>and m<SP>2</SP>each represent an integer of 0 or 1-3; R<SP>3</SP>and R<SP>4</SP>each represents a 1-6C alkyl group, a 1-6C alkoxy group or the like; m<SP>3</SP>and m<SP>4</SP>each represents 0, 1 or 2; and Y<SP>1</SP>represents CO or NR<SP>5</SP>CO (R<SP>5</SP>represents a hydrogen atom, a 1-6C alkyl group or the like). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
