PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell culture control system or a cell culture control method capable of taking out condition of past cell culture as needed.

SOLUTION: In the cell culture control system for culturing a cell collected from a person to be collected, separating and growing the cell to form a stem cell and obtaining the cultured cell, a cell ID code is applied to the collected cell and the collected cell to which the cell ID code is applied is specified and a culture stage of the collected cell is specified thereby.
