<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily browse web pages by a general web browser in a place other than his or her home and office, for example, in an automobile without using a keyboard and a mouse of a personal computer by operating an input devicxe having a simple constitution. <P>SOLUTION: A web browser device edits an acquired web page so as to add temporary link sources to one or a plurality of prescribed positions of the web page (steps 202 to 208) and displays the edited web page on a display device.
