<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a unit type waste water treatment apparatus installed on the ground which efficiently treats waste water containing organic substances. <P>SOLUTION: The unit type waste water treatment apparatus has a box body, an air diffusion pipe installed below the box body for air supply, a waste water feed pipe for feeding waste water to be treated into the box body, a reticulated synthetic resin filler to which a microorganism film, installed above the air diffusion pipe in the box body, adheres, and a treated waste water discharge pipe for discharging treated waste water.
