PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high temperature superconductive device and its manufacturing method, wherein a stable quick operation of a high temperature superconductive circuit such as a SFQ circuit or the like is possible. SOLUTION: At least two Josephson junctions 9, 10 of a lamp edge structure having a different critical current density Jc are formed on a substrate 1. In an element circuit demanding a high speed and the high accuracy, they are constituted of a high Jc junction. In the circuit element having strict conditions of a product (L×Ic) of an inductance L of a superconductive loop and a critical current value Ic of a Josephson junction, they are constituted of a relatively low Jc junction in order to reduce L.
