PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an aqueous silicone-acrylic composite dispersion which can form a coating film having a sufficient gloss retentivity and discoloration resistance. SOLUTION: The aqueous silicone-acrylic composite dispersion comprises a water-dispersed silicone-acrylic composite resin and at least one light-stabilizing substance which is a light stabilizer or an ultraviolet stabilizer soluble in the aqueous solvent and has at least two light-stabilizing groups in the molecule or has a reactive double bond.
