PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain miniaturization and weight reduction by reducing the inductor elements to be inserted into a power line without impairing an excellent noise reduction effect. SOLUTION: This noise filter device has the excellent noise reduction effect and only one leakage transformer 12 is used as the inductor element existing on the power line since a normal mode noise signal is reduced by a passive filter circuit in addition to a noise cancellation effect by windings 12a, 12b of the leakage transformer 12 by generating a leakage inductance 12c on the power line by the leakage transformer 12 for injecting reversed phase noise for canceling the normal mode noise signal to be generated on the power line and forming the passive filter circuit with the leakage inductance 12c and a capacitor 4a.
