PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to easily blink the light in a plurality of mobile phones in the same pattern synchronously with each other at a low cost. SOLUTION: A user acquires access information from a CD-ROM and stores the information to digital mobile phones 51-1 to 51-4. The digital mobile phones 51-1 to 51-4 are connected to a contents server 21 via nearby base stations 31-1 to 31-4, a public switched telephone network 23, and a network 22 on the basis of the access information. The digital mobile phones 51-1 to 51-4 acquire the reference time information from the base stations 31-1 to 31-4, generate a synchronizing signal, and blink the light on the basis of 'blink pattern data' included in a blink pattern file received from the contents server 21 synchronously with the synchronizing signal. Thus, the light of the plurality of mobile phones are blinked by the same pattern synchronously with each other.
