PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigerator controller for a car-loaded superconductive magnet by which a heat load can be estimated even during a traveling as a closed refrigeration system and an operation by a capacity corresponding to load characteristics can be conducted. SOLUTION: In the refrigerator controller for the car-loaded superconductive magnet, the controller has the refrigeration system 10 composed of a freezer 11 and a compressor unit 12, the superconductive magnet refrigerated by the freezer 11, a vibrating accelerometer 9 measuring the vibrating acceleration of the magnet and the refrigerator controller 21 taking in the vibrating acceleration from the accelerometer 9 and controlling the compressor unit 12 for the freezer. The heat-load increasing section of the magnet generated during the traveling of a car is estimated from the relationship of the vibrating acceleration during the traveling, the vibrating acceleration previously obtained by a stationary test and the heat-load increasing section, and the freezer 11 is controlled.
