PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately record positional relation of the irradiation position of position confirmation radiation and the irradiation position of positional confirmation light under visible light in a storage phosphor panel, concerning a cassette for positional relation recording. SOLUTION: The storage phosphor panel 10 is stored in the cassette for the positional relation recording 15 provided with a filter window 16 transmitting the position confirming radiation Xc, a uniform radiation Xb and a blue positional confirmation light Lp by blocking red light. Irradiation of the positional confirmation radiation Xc, irradiation of the uniform radiation Xb to a range including a region on the storage phosphor panel 10 irradiating the position confirming radiation Xc and irradiation of the blue positional confirmation light Lp are carried out on to the storage phosphor panel 10, arranged at a prescribed position in an indoor illuminating light 61 emitting the red light which the visible light, in this order; and the positional relation of the irradiation position of the positional confirmation radiation Xc to the irradiation position of the positional confirmation light Lp is recorded in the storage phosphor panel 10.
