PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a target device for enhancing the manufacturing efficiency of a radioactive isotope by enhancing its maintainability. SOLUTION: This target device 10 is equipped with a first body part 12, a second body part 14, and a joint means 16. The body part 12 comprises a first opening part 50, a second opening part 52, a first communicating hole 54 causing the opening part 50 to communicate with the opening part 52, and a first separation window 22 provided in the middle of the hole 54 to close the hole 54 while allowing an accelerated particle to pass therethrough. The body part 14 comprises a third opening part 86, a target chamber 74 to be stored with a target substance, a second communicating hole 88 causing the opening part 86 to communicate with the chamber 74, and a second separation window 66 provided in the middle of the hole 88 to close the hole 88 while allowing an accelerated particle to pass therethrough. The joint means 16 together joints the body parts 12 and 14, so that the opening parts 52 and 86 are integrally mounted between the body parts 12 and 14 to cause the opening parts 52 and 86 to communicate with each other.
