PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further reduce a case in size than a conventional case without deteriorating performance of a compressor by minimally changing arrangement of a constitution unit stored inside the case. SOLUTION: This gas supply device comprises the case. The case houses the constitution unit such as the compressor, a cooling fan, a buffer tank, a reservoir tank, a check valve and the like. The check valve 5 conventionally arranged to a bottom plate side part of the case is mounted to an upper part of a multi-cylinder compressor 13. Accordingly, by changing the arrangement of the one constitution unit, the case is further reduced in size than the conventional case by reducing a bottom plate area of the case.
