PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll fluid machine and its assembling method capable of eliminating occurrence of failure, breakage, etc. of an apparatus etc. caused by magnetization of the magnet of a rotor, preventing the magnet performance from dropping, and having a motor structure allowing easy assembling. SOLUTION: The rotor 4 of the motor structure is furnished with an insertion part 13 to admit insertion of the magnet 14 magnetized previously, and the rotor 4 is installed inside a stator 3, and then the magnet 14 magnetized previously is inserted into the insertion part 13.
