FITTING AND FUEL SHUT OFF VALVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel shut off valve 20 having high mechanical strength of a pipe attachment part 54a to which a quick connector is connected and excellent in shock resistance. SOLUTION: The fuel shut off valve 20 is provided with a cover main body 53 covering an attachment hole FTC of a fuel tank FT and the pipe attachment part 54a including a pipe side passage 54c connecting the inside of the fuel tank FT and an external pipe body QC and externally fitting an external pipe body QC via a seal member QCa, and is constructed by laminating a cover inner layer (first resin layer) and a cover outer layer (second resin layer). The cover inner layer 51 is made of polyamide resin and constructs at least a wall surface of the pipe side passage 54c and the pipe attachment part 54a. The cover outer layer 52 is made of polyethylene containing functional group reacting and adhering to polyamide resin and constructs at least a cover welding end 53b and is laminated on a part of the first resin layer.
