PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phosphor paste excellent in visibility, and a method of manufacturing a display panel member at a low cost. SOLUTION: The phosphor paste comprises at least a phosphor powder, a binder resin, an organic solvent, and an organic dye.
