PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a copolymer which excels in adhesion and comes to the major component of a pressure-sensitive adhesive easily releasable after use in high temperature conditions without leaving the pressure-sensitive adhesive on an adherend, and to prepare a pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet having the pressure-sensitive adhesive as a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. SOLUTION: The pressure-sensitive adhesive used comprises a fluorine-containing copolymer obtained by polymerizing 100 pts.mass mixed monomers containing 10-80 pts.mass (meth)acrylic acid perfluoroalkyl ester monomer, 10-80 pts.mass (meth)acrylic alkyl ester monomer, 0.1-10 pts.mass hydroxyl group-containing acrylic monomer, and 0.1-10 pts. mass carboxyl group-containing acrylic monomer as the major component.
