PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproofing tape which bonds gaps between or among a plurality of construction members such as a gap between a steel frame or a wooden frame forming an opening and a sash or a gap between the steel frame or the wooden frame and an outer wall material for a long period of time and allows an easy alignment of the construction members such as a sash. SOLUTION: In the waterproofing tape comprising an adhesive layer and a substrate film covering one side of the adhesive layer, the width of the substrate film is the same as or wider than that of the adhesive layer by not more than twice as long as the thickness of the adhesive layer.
