PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nose-affixable tape which can discharge quickly invaded pollen, bacteria or the like to the outside. SOLUTION: This affixing tape of claim 1 is that the nose and the eyes are activated by improving a circulation of the blood and natural healing power is enhanced by applying, transcribing or rubbing a material for the circulation of the blood such as magnetism, titanium or a mineral or the like which emits minus ions or extreme infrared rays on the back or the surface of a seal so that invaded pollen or bacteria can be discharged quickly to the outside of the body and fatigue of the eyes can be reduced.
