METHOD FOR REALIZING GLOBAL QUERY OF DATABASE USING SOFTWARE AGENT, AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM STORING THE PROGRAM

PURPOSE: A method for realizing a global query of a database using a software agent is provided to enable any associated system to be a master by using the software agent without using a global search server. CONSTITUTION: One site connected to the Internet executes the global query for other site connected to the network. The agent of one site generates a sub query by parsing the global query and transmits the sub query to the agent of other site(803). The agent of one site outputs a final result by receiving a query result for each site from the agent of other site and combining/arranging/transmitting the received query results to the database of one site(808).
