PURPOSE: A dispenser for charging a supply part with a curable sticky paste material stored in a storage room(16) and a storage part for the dispenser are provided, to allow a sticky material to be drawn with good reliance. CONSTITUTION: The dispenser comprises a dispenser housing(21) capable of being divided into several parts and being formed into a shape of a telescope; an aperture for supply; and a pump chamber(17) capable of reducing the volume of a recoiling spring and having a pump chamber cover(18), wherein the pump chamber is reduced by inserting the telescope-shaped housing parts(23) into the mutual inside which act on a pump chamber cover and a storage room(16), respectively to draw a material, and the reduction is carried out by the power of hand provided to the back of the housing and pushing the aperture toward the supply part. The pump chamber separates the housing parts, and they are re-charged by coupling motion-type withdrawal of the pump chamber cover by the recoiling spring.
