COPYRIGHT PROTECTION SYSTEM, TRANSMITTER, METHOD FOR PROTECTING COPYRIGHT, MEDIUM AND INFORMATION AGGREGATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a copyright protection system which limits delivery to unspecified receiver set outside home and which can simultaneously perform delivery to a domestic receiver, without practical problem, and to provide a transmitter, a receiver, a method for protecting the copyright, a program and a recording medium with a program stored thereon.

SOLUTION: In the transmitter, a measurement means for measuring a transmitting time to the receiver is provided. The number-limiting conditions for the receivers are set by the time of the transmitting time, and the limiting of the number of the receivers is carried out.
