<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmitting device reduced in the manufacturing cost by simplifying the structure to improve the assembling working efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: This power transmitting device is structured of an input part 10 formed into a nearly cylindrical shape and provided with a plurality of belt grooves 11 along the circumferential direction of the peripheral surface thereof, an output part 20 extended on a center axis of the input part 10, and a connection part 30 for connecting the output part 20 to the input part 10.
