<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide easy usage of an application in user individual operating environments between different personal computers. <P>SOLUTION: As operation corresponding to a storage medium having at least a storage region storing a medium ID and an application program, and a storage region allowing adding of user individual user setting information, environment setting in the information processor can be carried out by using information for environment setting stored in the storage medium including at least the user setting information.
