POLYMER MATERIAL FOR PART OF IMAGE-FORMING APPARATUS, PART OF IMAGE-FORMING APPARATUS OBTAINED BY USING THE SAME, AND IMAGE-FORMING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer material for a part of an image-forming apparatus exhibiting excellent permanent set in a high-temperature high-humidity environment, the part of the image-forming apparatus obtained by using the material, and the image-forming apparatus.

SOLUTION: The polymer material for the part of the image-forming apparatus obtained by a reaction of a composition comprising a polyol, a polyisocyanate, water and a catalyst, where K2/K1×10 is caused to be not more than 5 where K1(L2/eq×mol×hr) is a resinification constant obtained by converting into a constant the reaction rate of toluene diisocyanate (TDI) with diethylene glycol (DEG) and K2(L2/eq×mol×hr) is a foaming constant obtained by converting into a constant the reaction rate of TDI with water (H2O). The part of the image-forming apparatus is obtained by using the polymer material for the part of the image-forming apparatus. The image-forming apparatus is equipped with the part of the image-forming apparatus.
