<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable secure recognition of information of radio data carriers provided in a plurality of articles present in a communication area of an antenna. <P>SOLUTION: Antennas 11A and 12A are provided which receive electric waves sent from a radio data carrier 23 provided in an article 21. Further, a stirrer 15 is provided which stirs a plurality of the articles 21 in which the radio data carrier 23 is provided in the communication areas 11B and 12B of these antennas 11A and 12A.
