<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for collecting a biological material, not extremely larger than the size of a plate gel and capable of reducing the separation in a previous process. <P>SOLUTION: This device for collecting the biological material is constituted so that the specific biological material is collected by previously forming holes for collection when separating the biological material by gel electrophoresis. Further, a filter through which the specific biological material can not be passed is installed at a boundary part through which the biological material passes from the hole to the gel, or an agent for preventing the diffusion of the biological material is held in the interior of the hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
