<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record a powder X-ray diffraction image of a pharmaceutical as it is in the prepared state nondestructively in a short time. <P>SOLUTION: In this nondestructive and quick system of X-ray analysis of a pharmaceutical component, the pharmaceutical comprising crystal powder is irradiated with a high-energy radiation light X-ray, and the component of the crystal powder is specified nondestructively by utilizing the fact that the ratio is large, between a diffraction image of the irradiated X-ray from the powder and background scattering from glycocalyx, a capsule or a laminate which is a sealing material of the pharmaceutical. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
