<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conjugate of a transcription regulatory factor(NXF) and another protein factor, to be used as a target of an activity regulator for the NXF. <P>SOLUTION: The conjugate has DEAH-box RNA/DNA helicase AAM73547(LOC90957) and either one of the following amino acid sequences: (a) the amino acid sequence of a human-derived DEAH-box RNA/DNA helicase AAM73547, (b) the amino acid sequence of a protein having an amino acid sequence with ≥90% identity with the above-mentioned amino acid sequence and having transcription regulatory ability, and (c) the amino acid sequence of a protein having an amino acid sequence encoded by a DNA hybridizable with the DNA comprising the base sequence of the above-mentioned helicase under stringent conditions and also having transcription regulatory ability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
