<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production management and control method capable of reducing the lead time of production process and in-process stocks and performing leveling of the whole production process flow (specifically, leveling of in-process stocks or production progress) by facilitating grasping of the production progress. <P>SOLUTION: A plurality of production lots consisting of one or more wafers are inputted and stored through a plurality of manufacturing process flows. Then, pseudo intermediate stock points that are not actual intermediate stock points are set to the lots from input to storage, and with respect to each lot in a section partitioned by the intermediate stock points, its present position on the production process is compared with a plan line from input to storage to determine the degree of progress, and the priorities of the lots are set high in descending order of delay as the degree of progress. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
