VALVE DEVICE AND ITS FOREIGN MATTER REMOVAL METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a valve device for removing foreign matters when the foreign matters are caught between a valve element and a valve seat.

SOLUTION: The valve element 34 and the valve seat 35 can be made to contact and separate by an energizing spring 39 accommodated in a spring accommodation hole 36. The energization force of the energizing spring 39 operates in the direction of the valve opening of the valve element 34 via a spool 38 and an operating rod 40. A stopper 38a as a transmission member is formed at the spool 38. Additionally, a screw mechanism 42 as a pressurizing mechanism is mounted to the opening of the spring accommodation hole 36 by a screw fastener.
