<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the exchange of an elastic body part, even if the elastic body part is damaged and required to exchange, by working out the elaborate structure of a baseball or a softball bat tip. <P>SOLUTION: The baseball or softball bat 1 comprises the tip part, a ball hitting part, a tapered part and a grip part; and is provided with a recess part 11 in the ball hitting part or from the ball hitting part to the tapered part and the elastic body 3 coveringly integrated with the recess part 11.
