<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work management system capable of grasping the state of a construction work, and thus efficiently performing making the round and watch of a work site. <P>SOLUTION: This work management system comprises a construction agent device 8A input-operated by a construction agent 6A, an occupational matter manager device 4A input-operated by an occupational matter manager 2A, and a system management device 10 for managing various data related to the construction work.
