PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information collecting device of a vehicular air-conditioner to collect information to grasp the operational state of the air-conditioner. SOLUTION: The data is collected at each predetermined time based on each signal input through an input connector 7, the collected data is written in a memory 4 together with the time data at each data collection, and the data of the predetermined quantity is written in a memory card 10 through a card reader 9 when the quantity of the data written in the memory 4 reaches a predetermined value. Therefore, information to grasp the operational state of an air-conditioner, in other words, when, how, and under which condition the air-conditioner is operated is correctly collected and recorded, and information is collected for a long time by exchanging the memory card 10.
