PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a system which can give various services to general type vehicles. SOLUTION: The system for giving services to the vehicles comprises a hot spot, facilities connected to the hot spot, and vehicles which have detecting means, for detecting conditions of every part, on every part and has a radio terminal capable of radio-communicating with the hot spot on board. The system is configured so as to transmit the information including specified services to the vehicle via the hot spot based on the detected conditions of every part of the vehicle.
