PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fog-resistant covering composition which makes use of a photocatalyst, has a good fixability to members, a capability of showing the excellent fog-resistant functionality over a long period even when applied to an organic member, and has a self-cleanability and stain resistance. SOLUTION: The fog-resistant covering composition contains (A) a modified photocatalyst obtained by modification-treating (a) a photocatalyst with at least one kind of (b) a modifier compound selected from the group consisting of the compounds having at least one kind of a structural unit selected from the group consisting of a triorganosilane unit, a monooxydiorganosilane unit, a dioxyorganosilane unit and a fluoromethylene unit (-CF<SB>2</SB>-).
