PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding tool which does not require a too much peeling force and prevents the outward appearance of a sheet having a shape of minute indentations from becoming defective due to nonuniform peeling, warpage of the molding tool or others, in a process of peeling from the molding tool the sheet having the shape of minute indentations and constituted by a method wherein an ultraviolet curing type resin or ionizing radiation curing type resin being liquid is applied, a light transmitting base material is set thereon, a pressure is applied from above the material and a resin layer having the minute indentations shaped on the resin and cured is adhered integrally to the base material. SOLUTION: The ultraviolet curing type resin or ionizing radiation curing type resin being liquid is applied on the molding tool and the pressure is applied from above the light transmitting base material set on the resin, so as to shape the minute indentations on the resin. The molding tool has a slant of a slant angle (θ) forming a section non-perpendicular in the direction from the surface so processed as to have the shape of the minute indentations to the rear, at least on one side of the peripheral edge of the tool.
