PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a housing structure for a waterproof camera capable of realizing the facilitation of the attachment of a wire harness to a housing, excellent in waterproofness, and of realizing the reduction of the dimension in the front-and-rear direction of the housing including the wire harness. SOLUTION: A cable holding member 6c fixed to the wire harness 6 through a waterproof packing 7 is fixed to a rear case 3 by a presser plate 8, and a connector 6a and a lead wire 6b at the edge of the wire harness 6 are inserted through an insertion hole 3a and arranged inside the rear case 3. A projecting part 3c is provided on all the periphery of an exit on a side where the hole 3a contacts with the packing 7.
