PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partitioning material capable of being sufficiently functioned as a partition, easily inserted/disassembled without damaging both of a cold energy storage unit and a cold energy storage material, and recycling the cold energy storage unit and the cold energy storage material in safety at its maintenance. SOLUTION: The partitioning materials 50 composed of a plurality of plates 54, 56 holding a wire net 52 free from the passage of the cold energy storage material, therebetween, and provided with large opening parts 54A, 56A to allow a gas to pass therethrough, and having a thickness 5 enough for inhibiting the rotation in a cold energy storage unit cylinder 12, are mounted among the cold energy storage materials 20, 22, 24.
