PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stopping set requiring no cutting-removing work in construction, and generating no cutting chip by easily and compactly setting a pair of eaves gutter stopping members. SOLUTION: This stopping set is composed of the pair of eaves gutter stopping members 1A and 1B fitted and fixed to both end parts of an eaves gutter F. An outer peripheral rib 11 fitted to the outer periphery of the eaves gutter F is formed on an edge inside surface except for the upper edge of a water cut-off wall body part 10 of the eaves gutter stopping members 1A and 1B. Lug gripping parts 12 and 13 for engaging lug parts 31 and 32 of the eaves gutter F are formed in an upper end part of the outer peripheral rib 11. An engaging piece 14 is projectingly formed inward from the side edge in the lug gripping part 12. An inserting groove 16 for inserting an eaves gutter end part is arranged at an interval with the outer peripheral rib 11 in the middle of the inside surface. The engaging piece 14 is fitted in the inserting groove 16 by oppositely and alternately superposing the mutual inside surfaces 1a and 1b of the pair of eaves gutter stopping members.
