PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe puller capable of simply drawing a pipe for an agriculture driven into a ground easily. SOLUTION: The pipe puller is composed of a ground plate installed on a ground surface, to which the lower end of the pipe or the like to be drawn is driven, an operating bar in which a lower end is installed rotatably to the ground plate, a clamping tool, in which two pieces are mounted rotataly to one half section in the longitdinal direction at predetermined variable intervals, and a means rotatably connecting and supporting the clamping tool near the lower end of the operating bar in the other half section of the longitudinal direction of the clamping tool.
